Both players are ruled out of the game at Seaview because of injury but Paul Leeman is set to make his competitive debut for the Irish League part-timers.
"We'll play our usual game and have no fear," said Crues ace Gareth McKeown.
"Our small pitch may not suit them so we will give it everything," he added.
The Shore Road club are facing top-flight English opposition in a competitive European game for the first time since they took on Liverpool in 1976.
Fulham, who have new manager Martin Jol at the helm, beat Faroe Islands outfit NSI Runavik in the first qualifying round.
